2002 - Through elaborated yet spontaneous and vibrant baroque images, Carlo Gilardenghi demonstrates his creative mastery. He always rises the possibility to think of his works as allusions to human beings and their environment.

He attempts to articulate his expressive world in two definitely set stages-at the first one he formulates a constructive synthesis, while at the other thoroughly meditated contents appear.

Each work owns isomorphous components that help a pattern to easily emerge-a microcosm in itself. From this microcosm Carlo Gilardenghi draws out both an alert aesthetic perception and an ever increasing creation freedom supported by hard work and mystical vehemence.
